Cemento-Ossifying Fibroma is a well circumscribed benign fibrous lesion containing variable amount of mineralized tissue resembling bone or cementum. Aneurysmal bone cyst is a rare non-epithelialized pseudocyst of the jaws. Combination of these lesions is extremely rare. In addition, they often show variations in clinical, radiographic, and histopathologic features. This article presents a case report of Cemento-Ossifying Fibroma with Aneurysmal Bone Cyst involving mandible of 16 years old female discussing clinical, radiographical and histopathological findings.
