Aims and Scope
Indian Journal of Nematology published by Nematological Society of India located at Division of Nematology, IARI, and New Delhi-12 is a six monthly publication of the society, which is committed to promote growth and development of the science of Nematology. The journal is internationally recognized and is abstracted by CABI in Nematological Abstracts. It gives equal opportunity to the scientists all over the world to publish their research contributions in basic and applied Nematology, including nematode biosystematics, host-parasite relationships, physiology, ecology, novel molecular tools, biochemical, biological control, integrated nematode control of plant parasitic nematodes. Besides plant parasitic nematodes, the journal also welcomes the manuscripts on free-living, predaceous, bacteriophagous, and entomopathogenic nematodes. It also publishes Nematological news, Book/Journal Reviews, Review Articles.
Even though much of the papers in the journal are from Indian sub continent but a few papers from other countries had also been published. The journal started in 1971 and so far 39 Volumes have been published covering about 2300 research papers.
