They were trained for various types of yoga exercises for 90 days under supervision of professional yoga trainers. Assessment of various haematological parameters like Platelet count, clotting time and bleeding time were done before the training and after the training. After training platelet count and clotting time both were increased while bleeding time was decreased significantly. Data was statically evaluated by student's t test.
