The entry of firms in food delivery through mobile apps business is proving to be a profitable one. In the similar reasons, the present study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing the intentions of the customers to use mobile apps for ordering food. The opinion regarding the same is collected from 220 customers using mobile apps for ordering food.
