An Analysis of the Application of Teaching Organization Components in Gas Company of Isfahan Province

Abstract

The present study was aimed to evaluate the application of teaching organization components in Gas Company of Isfahan Province. Teaching organization is an organization that the "Virtuous teaching cycle" is focused throughout the organization, the leaders develop the "Teachable point of view", and also apply the "Ideas", "Values", "Emotional energy", and "Edge". This study is a practical research from purpose view and is a descriptive-survey one from research methodology perspective. The statistical population of this study includes 1043 employees of Gas Company of Isfahan Province. A sample of 280 employees has been selected from this population through random clarified sampling method. In order to collect the research data, research-developed questionnaire have been used. In order to employ these questionnaires, their reliability and validity of the questionnaires have been examined and confirmed. Cornbachs’ Alpha Coefficient has been employed for examining reliability of the questionnaire. This coefficient of this questionnaire was 0.96. One-sample T test and Freedman test have been used for analysing the research data. The SPSS is the statistical software which has been used. The results revealed that the application of all teaching organization components in Gas Company of Isfahan Province was less than mean and they were inappropriate. Emotional energy had the highest rank and Teachable point of view had the lowest rank among teaching organization components (This study has been funded by Gas Company of Isfahan Province).
